Dec 2007:    Maggie is going on to show Babushka and Mandy x Gus daughter "Goldie" on the International Show Circuit.  She has won her Ehren Title and is now going for the Bronze, Silver and Gold titles.  "Babushka" had a beautiful litter in January 2006, but was not bred in 2007 due to the slowing market.  Maggie plans on breeding "Babushka" again in 2008, watch for the news.

SHOW RECORDS

July 2007:  Friendships Winsum Waltz "Babushka" owned by Maggie & Tim Lusk-Vanderbeck in Montana is following in dam "Windy's" and Grandam "Cassie's". and sire "Cary's" paw prints. Groomed by Mishelle and handled by Maggie "Babushka" earned two legs of her International Champion title her first two shows, and surprised us all by taking Best of Breed and Group, and competing for Best In Show just 16 weeks after whelping her first litter of 10 gorgeous puppies.  Also like "Windy" and "Cassie" she passed her wonderful temperament, personality and conformation on to the puppies of her first litter.

In October 2006 "Babushka" competed at the Evergreen Fall Sieger International Show in Puyallup, WA completing her National Champion Title.  The following from Judges Ms. Juliann Kowalsky - USA, and Ms Jane Rappolo - USA/UCI are her critiques:

"Babushka" completed the final legs for her National Champion Title, and is going on to compete for her Ehrens Championat (Honors Champion Title) in 2007

In April 2006 "Babushka" once again entered the show ring with Havelah Lusk-Vanderbeck handling for the very first time and doing a wonderful job.  They are staying for a while with Auntie Robin - owner of Joy, and all travelled to Oregon together to attend the Spring International Show in Albany, Or.  "Babushka" earned the final leg of her International Champion Title and the 1st leg of her National Champion Title.  Havelah did a great job showing at her very first show, and also took entirely "excellent" marks in her first Junior Handling competition as a Novice Handler.

With the change in diet and climate (from Montana to South Eastern Washington), and first grooming into the Continental clip "Babushka" was having some dry skin problems which resulted in some of the comments on her critiques.  A composite of "Babushka's" critiques from Judges Patti Long Smith - USA, and Honey Glendenning - Canada is as follows for the Oregon Spring Sieger Show in Albany, Oregon April 2006:
