Update 4/08

Photos taken February 2007

APRIL 2008:  Toby has now been placed in a wonderful new home.  We miss him but are so thankful that he is happy in his new home and neighborhood.

DEC 2007:  "Toby" has been the delight of all of our lives for several years, however unfortunately he went sterile at 3 years of age.  Many tests were done, and he was neutered and biopsies done to make sure no cancer was present, but there was never a definite diagnosis.  It has been an extremely hard decision for Mishelle to make, but because she can only have a limited number of dogs she has decided to make "Toby" available to a good home.  "Toby" passed all of his genetic testing with flying colors, he absolutely loves to travel and is beautifully trained.  He would be a wonderful addition to any family.

APRIL 2005:  Junior International Champion PJ's Teddy Bear of Horizon better known as Toby by owner Mishelle (Horizons) was bred by Penny Jorgensen of PJ's Miniatures.  Toby is the foundation stud for Mishelle's Horizons Miniatures.   He is owner groomed and handled, and will be returning to the show scene in 2006.   Toby has an outgoing personality, combined with correct structure and plenty of "poodle-type". He is sire of Mishelle's "Ginger" who took some top honors at the International Show in Seattle, WA in June 2005, and has been shown on the AKC show circuit as well.   Toby is a beautiful light apricot with great pigment and is consistently siring puppies with great temperaments, quality coats and outstanding health, although a few have gone oversize.

2 x Best of Breed Puppy

"Toby" has now sired several litters and is doing well on his puppies in correct feet and rear leg set, and very nice fronts and chests.  His puppies also have beautiful toplines and correct tail set.  All in all he was a good beginning for Mishelle's Horizons miniatures.
